Cancellation Policy

How to change or cancel your appointment.

The 24-Hour Rule:
Please let me know at least one full day (24 hours) before your visit if you need to change or cancel it.

Late Cancellations:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full price of your service.

No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your visit without calling, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Deposit Refunds:
If you are a new client and cancel at least 24 hours early, your deposit will be sent back to you in full.
